This legislation provides $350 million in assistance to the nation’s dairy farmers which could translate into $2.4 million for Chautauqua and Erie Counties.

Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-27) announced that Jamestown Board of Public Utilities (BPU) has been awarded $2,500,000 for improving renewable energy technologies. The federal funds were made available through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to candidates eligible for $43 million in Green Innovation Grants.
