Early this morning Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-27) returned to Andrews Air Force Base following a trip to the Middle East.  During the three-day trip he visited the cities of Baghdad, Iraq; Taji, Iraq; as well as Gaza City and Rafah in the Gaza Strip.
